CCACC's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how CCACC's visitors use its website. CCACC currently does not employ a login system per user, but may do so in the future. CCACC only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Current users of the CCACC Administrator's Console use personally-identifying information to manage a roster list for purposes of managing members of the club. Currently club member names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers are collected to support these features. CCACC will only ever use this information for this purpose and will never share it with 3rd parties except if required by law to do so.

Only a limited amount of approved users may access this site's information. The users with access are the club Directors and Executive Committee members. Their access is secured by a login. In this manner none of the information maintained on the site is accessible to unapproved users.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

CCACC may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. CCACC may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, CCACC does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
